One year GCSE course
Tuesday, 04 May 2010 00:00

The one year GCSE course is specially designed for overseas pupils.

Girls will study for 5 or 6 GCSEs in addition to an English language qualification (either First Certificate or IGCSE English). A maximum of 25 girls will be admitted onto the course which runs alongside our GCSE course for UK pupils.

This is an exciting opportunity for overseas girls to enrol on a dedicated GCSE course which will cater for their English language skills in addition to their academic qualifications and pastoral needs.

Girls completing the one-year GCSE course will then be eligible to apply for a place in the School’s Sixth Form.

This course has proved very popular in previous years so it is essential that girls wishing to apply for a place on the one-year GCSE course for entry in September 2010 submit their applications as soon as possible. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can find more details about The Royal School for Girls on our Surrey Schools Page.
